Letter to Riad Ishkontana

Dear Riad Ishkontana,

My name is Mikayla, and I am writing this letter to reach out to you throughout the national liberation struggle your people are going through. It is without a doubt that the acts of aggression are less than desirable. They are heartbreaking to outsiders looking in without having experienced living through this ethnic cleansing. It is my impression that you are a very powerful person. I want to give you my condolences for losing your loved ones. Please know your life is not over. You will have so many opportunities to stand up for your country and play a role in remedying this humanitarian crisis. I give you my utmost respect amid this civil unrest. You must not give up in your involvement and bring peace home for your family. You are capable of such great things, and I know you play a big role in the chaos. You are a hero. You are a great man. You are a warrior. You will be the one who continues your family’s legacy and will leave this earth better than you found it. I commend you and wish you all the strength to keep going on with your day-to-day life. Keep your faith and spirits high. If you are spiritual and enjoy meditation, I would recommend you keep up with those practises. You are limited by your mindset and propelled by your vibration. I am sending you the utmost respect and admiration for your strength to keep moving forward.

I wish you nothing but the best,

Mikayla Campitelli
